Customer
Customers in JadaSite are created in 2 different manners.
Registration - These are customer generated by performing a registration
either during checkout or sign up to post comment.
PayPal - These are user who pay via PayPal and the information is feed from
PayPal for payment and shipping.
To modify a customer
Locate the customer via Store -> Customers.
Customer address
First name - First name of the customer.
Last name - Last name of the customer.
Address - Address of the customer. Two lines of address is allowed.
City - City name
State / Province - State or province selected from a list.
Country - Country selected from a list.
Zip / Postal code - Zip or postal code of the customer if applicable.
Phone - Phone number of the customer.
Fax - Fax number of the customer.
Billing address - Billing address can be set to be the same as customer address.
If decided to chooose a different address, another set of address fields is created.
Shipping address - Shipping address can be set to be the same as customer addtress
or billing address. If decided to chooose a different address, another set
of address fields is created.
Credit card information
Full name - Name that appears on the credit card.
Card number - Credit card number.
Expiry month - Expiry month of the credit card.
Expiry year - Expiry year of the credit card.
Verification number - The three digits credit card verification number, sometimes
called CSC, CVV or CV2.
Email - Email address of the customer. This is also the id that customer
used to sign-in to his/her account.
Public name - Name that appears on the public site. For example, the author
of the comments.
Password - Password of the customer. If leave blank, the password will not
be changed.
Verify password - Verification password of the customer. It is required
when trying to change the password of the customer.
Customer class - Customer class of the customer. Often used to indicate
if the customer is a retail or wholesale customer.
Source - Used to indicate how this customer is created. The value can be
either 'register' or 'paypal'.
Source reference - This value is a reference to how this customer is created if
it is created from an external source. In the case for PayPal, this value
is the payerid.
Comments - Internal comments for this customer. Customer will not be able
to see this message.
Active - Allows user to activate or inactive this customer.
Order information
Order number - Order number of the order.
Order date - Date when this order is created.
Price total - Total of the order before tax and shipping.
Tax - Tax charges for this order.
Shipping - Shipping charges for this order.
Order total - Order total including tax and shipping.
